This arrived quickly. Instructions were easy to follow. Says two people to assemble, would have been faster with two, but I did it alone with some well positioned leaning supports to add bottom rails to sides. We had a problem with one piece being broken but Wayfair and the maker of the bed sent a replacement. We only waited a few days. The bed is very nice. My only problem with the bed is that it says to buy a 8” or 12” mattress for the trundle. We purchased the 8” and we are unable to push the trundle back under the bed. It’s sturdy enough that I am able to lay in the top bunk with my 11yr old and it holds up great, my husband is 300lb and lays on the bottom bunk with our 9yr old with no issues! Very solid! And we love the pull out trundle twin size bed for when they have their cousins or friends over! We currently have our nugget play couch on the trundle rather than a mattress, but will be getting a mattress for it. The only complaint I have is that it came with absolutely no extra hardware incase a piece is broken or gets lost during set up, not a single extra bolt, screw or wooden dowel, but otherwise we are very happy with this purchase!!. It took me four hours by myself to put together but the instructions were ok and all the hardware was there. Construction of the wood parts was good. It's very solid and I love having the trundle option under the bed. Just remember that you need a thinner mattress for the trundle pull out than for the top bed. We were under construction of a new house and unfortunately we experienced delays. I had ordered this with the anticipation of allowing plenty of time for delivery, but we experienced additional delays so I had to wait to assemble it. Once we did I was completely surprised to find the color of the upholstery was a hint of a bluegreengray. Needless to say that was not the beige I was expecting. When I reached out they (AI assistant) simply said it was too long so nothing could be done. Unless you are looking for the bluegreen color palette I would NOT recommend this. Please believe the other reviews. This is definitely NOT beige and NOT the color in the photo. It’s a dusty blue. Totally different tan what is advertised. I pulled one piece out and was shocked. Clearly does not go with the room we just painted for this piece of furniture. Very disappointing. And they want me to pay 85 to ship it back. Even though it is clearly not what was advertised.
