In the fast - paced life, we always long for a corner where our body and mind can slow down. This velvet daybed is like a life companion who understands your needs . With its soft velvet touch and a calm and advanced color tone, when placed in the living room, it becomes an exclusive space for a lazy afternoon of reading newspapers and taking a nap; when placed in the guest room, it can transform into a comfortable bed, providing a warm sleeping experience for guests.

We love it! The velvet material is soft and cozy. We found a matching grey fitted sheet and zippered pillowcases to help pull it together to make it look more like a couch. I love that it can instantly be transformed to a guest bed. My ten year old daughter helped me assemble it in an evening. It’s what we needed for our space. Note we purchased an 8 inch mattress from Wayfair as well so it would look like a couch. A thicker mattress would be too tall for the look of a couch.. Brenda. Black Hills, SD. Mon Jul 06 2026

Building this daybed with trundle lasted a few hours. Kids kept interrupting but like another review mentioned, the slats aren’t marked so it was too late to make corrections after screwing them to the boards. Other than no markings, it went well with just me putting it together, unlike the suggested 2 people. Therefore, 4 stars. One star off for no markings on the tools, screws, and slats.. Marcy. When I received it and put it together it had a big stain on the headboard. Not sure what it is but it looks soiled. I called Wayfair and they gave me a portion of my money back. I got this bed for my 8 year old daughter. Her previous bed had a bigger footprint that made her room very small. So I got this because it had shelves that didn't add to the width and canvas drawers for her art and toys. She LOVES it. It takes a while to build because there are a lot of parts, but it's an easy build. If you enjoy that process it helps :) The highlight is the strip light. My daughter just loves it and it makes her room look so much more her style. I do recommend the bed. It's sturdy. I only wish the it had more of a proper headboard. But she doesn't care.. Marianne.
