Looks great! It’s very sturdy. The black looks really nice. Took my husband two hours to put together but he wasn’t rushing. The drawers open smoothly but they do make slight sound as it sort of scrapes along the metal. The drawers don’t have stoppers so COULD fall on toes BUT they’re so deep that I can’t imagine that happening. We do plan to remedy that in some way because it for our 7yo son, but not necessary for older kids or adults. chair opening is very large which makes it nice for widercrossed-legged chairs. Look for screws outside of the interior box as our box was open and the screw package fell out as we opened the bigger box but did find it eventually while clearing up the packaging! I really love this piece as it is better than the 1st 'craft center' (that is how I use it) I purchased a few years ago which was ruined by a flood in our basement (no fault of Wayfair of course)! It has more style with the sliding drawers, costs a lot less, but did not come with a separate file cabinet like the 1st, but do not need it as this one has 2 file drawers. And the best part, is it has a electric recepitcal on the top of the desk for a lamp or another appliance if needed. And it fits in my ensuite walk-in closet (which is my little craft room). I put it together mostly alone over two days (desk one day, hutch the next). My only complaint is the picture on Wayfair is misleading in color. It is not a true grey as I had hoped. The L-shaped desk features 5 open shelves, 2 display cabinets, 2 storage drawers, and 1 multi-purpose storage bag. Its 23.6-inch-wide desktop breaks the mold, seamlessly blending efficiency with comfort.

A bit difficult to assemble. Some of the screws were not labeled so there had to be some reverse engineering by comparing the inventory sheet with the actual screw counts. But it worked out. The instructions booklet was reasonably clear but takes two people to put it together. Otherwise, it has everything I need in a quite inexpensive desk. Very pleased.. Peter. Newberg, OR.
