I have to say this is better than the photos. We placed in our 1888 building to mimic the original and it did not disappoint! I would recommend this all day long. Our contractor couldn’t believe the quality and the price per box! Impressive. Shari. US. Wed Feb 14 2024

I can’t say enough good things about Ekena. Every order has arrived quickly, perfectly packed, and in flawless condition. The quality is so impressive that it pushed me to take on DIY projects I never imagined doing alone. I purchased a mitre saw, nail gun and caulking gun and was ready to go. Honestly, this has gotten so easy that I installed crown molding in my bathroom using leftover scraps in less than 45 minutes one day after work. And, I’m an IT chic who always has her hair and nails done. I’m not a professional contractor. It’s like interior decorating and is so much fun! I began with a small hallway, and once I saw how professional it looked, I kept going — dining room, living room, front hallway, master bedroom. Each space turned out beautifully. Friends and family are stunned when I tell them I installed all the molding myself. I have purchased: crown molding, chair rail molding, wainscot panels, embellishments (a shell to cover a large frame wire from a heavy picture), inside corners, outside corners and lifted paneling that I installed on plain wooden doors for a glow up. Ekena didn’t just sell me molding — they helped me transform my home. Start small and give it a go. I love this company!. Anonymous. Hartford, CT. Sun Jun 14 2026

Easy to install - finding the angle to cut was a bit challenging but WORTH IT!. Andrea. Tue Jul 28 2026

Factory primed and ready for painting, glazing and faux finishing, which positively is not the case with wood, MD and plaster mouldings, these Mouldings and Millwork have a deep relief arrangement that not only communicates an incomparable physical and dimensional composition unlike the most costly wood, MDF and plaster mouldings and millwork, these Mouldings and Millwork allow for and will easily endure years of repeated refinishing without any drawbacks.

This crown is amazing, after hand painting the details and installing, the moulding looks like it has been there since the 19th century. This product is easy to install, it has flexibility which makes it great for old home with uneven ceiling and corners. Even the packaging was excellent, it came in such a way it was impossible to damage during shipment. I do recommend this product.. Edward. Galion, OH. Wed Jan 07 2026

It's lovely material, but the install was initially pretty (conceptually) tough. Screwed up with the adhesive and had to order another piece of this. The main thing that saved the final install was using a (cordless) nailer, which made it a lot easier. If you don't have one, recommend to borrow one from a friend (hopefully you already have one). If you don't use a nailer, try to find the least obtrusive finish nails / use a precision finish tool (not sure what it is called but it's a little thing you use with a hammer to push the nail heads deeper, but not so that you dent the moulding) to submerge the nail heads. When you paint this, also recommend to start with the little domes and really work around them so paint does not pool. Finish the rest of the paint job with swipes in parallel to the length of the 'board'. I ended up using four coats of paint...it was worth it. Your mileage may vary! It's tricky material but with patience, it works. In progress photo attached.. Tamara. Granger, TX. Wed Dec 31 2025

Crown molding has the ability to add beauty to any room. The dentil design on this one is a nice feature. The benefit of foam (EPS) crown molding is that it does not shrink. Cuts easily with a miter saw or fine-tooth blade.

The Cherub Sky Round Chandelier Ceiling Medallion 24-inch diameter is a favorite sized fully assembled and intricately finished Ceiling Medallion. This Timeless Creation offers an Old-World Elegance creating instant 3-dimensional detail to an otherwise boring plain ceiling. Or crown an elegant chandelier with the medallion. Adding a medallion when changing a light fixture is often a good time to consider this decorative accent. The item comes fully finished out of the package and is Hand Cast in a lightweight Polystyrene that will never shrink, split, or crack. Prior to Masterpiece Moldings' creation of this Collection by AFD Home, the only way to have had an advanced ceiling with this level of design would have been a very expensive addition and an owner willing to take on an elaborate installation project, requiring carpenters, finishers, and in some instances even artists. One of the best parts about this item is that installation could not have been made easier, as the outer ring is created with a cabochon design allowing intermittent spaces specifically created as locations for your screws or hollow wall anchors, matching decorative caps are even provided that will cover the screw heads of your anchors and offer a complete professional looking install. Hollow wall anchors or installation screws are available at your local hardware store, as your need will vary depending on your ceiling.

It is a beautiful picture, it is larger than I expected beautiful copy of those old ceiling medallion that you see in old mansions, yet it is lightweight comes with screws and those little tips to cover screws, very thoughtful , very happy with it, highly recommend. Our beautiful frieze moldings add a decorative, historic, feel to walls, ceilings, and furniture pieces. They are made from a high-density urethane which gives each piece unique details that mimic that of traditional plaster and wood designs but at a fraction of the weight. This means a simple and easy installation for you. The best part is you can make your own shapes and sizes by simply cutting the molding piece down to size, and then butting them up to the decorative corners. These are also commonly used for an inexpensive wainscot look.
