For the price these are better than expected. They were packaged well…heavy duty boxes, well sealed. Banded and plastic shrink wrapped. Each box had 2 stacks of 22 tiles (42lb per box). I needed 100 (only complaint was I couldn’t order just a single stack so had 32 more than needed). Went together easily, looks great under my little gazebo. We’ll see how they hold up to sun the rest of summer. They do have that “made in China smell” but I’m sure that will dissipate quickly since they are outside. Beautiful, thick flooring with great waterproof backing. I have the flooring butted up to our original wood flooring and its pretty close to "natural." Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings! We are in the process of remodeling our home. Today we are installing this product—and so far, it’s been super easy. There are 10 planks in a box and it was packaged incredibly well so as to avoid damage during shipping. The quality of the product is excellent. I love how easy it is to operate the tongue and groove system but there are a few pieces that have been tricky. It’s also a bit hard to match up the “knotholes” in the pattern. Very sharp looking product... really goes well with darker cabinets, our Betsy's Linen wall paint color, well everything we have in our kitchen especially the teak. Been working on a backyard project and these tiles have been a perfect addition to just keep things slightly off the ground but not as expensive as getting a formal concrete slab or tiles.
