This wood knife block is perfect for my kitchen. It doesn't take up a lot of space which is something I was looking for. It's a smaller block since it doesn't come with steak knives, but that's what I was looking for since steak knives are a part of my Onieda flatware set. The block is really pretty and compact. You get the variety of knives that are needed and they are really sharp. My husband loves this set, and he is a hard one to please. I normally wouldn't spend this much on a block knife set, but after reading the reviews and doing some research they came highly recommended. The sale was a big plus.
