The size is perfect for a large bird, and the included rack kept it elevated for even cooking and crispy skin. The nonstick surface made cleanup incredibly easy and nothing stuck, not even the caramelized bits from the turkey drippings. When I used it for tomatoes, the high sides kept everything contained, and the nonstick finish allowed me to roast them without worrying about sticking or scorching. The pan distributed heat evenly, and the handles felt sturdy and safe when moving it in and out of the oven. This roaster has quickly become one of my go to pans.
