This bookcase is a nice height and width however, I should have paid closer attention to the dimensions because I didn’t realize the cubbies weren’t 12” deep, so they can’t fit a 12”storage cube. Additionally, I was disappointed to see that the backing connector pieces show (see second photo) and the cams are not covered. It makes the piece look much cheaper than I expected. On the positive side, the assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall though, if I hadn’t spent so much time putting this together, I would probably return it.. Stephanie. This is exactly what I was looking for to hide trash cans and protect the wall. The closed back keep the trash can lids from digging into the wall and making tiny gashes. The adjustable shelves are the true MVP of this product offering flexibility to adapt to how you need to use it. I wish the color was a shade lighter, but not a big problem.
