This chair took about an hour to put together. The directions were fine. The pictures were rather small, but all necessary steps were shown. The provided hardware and tool were sufficient. The massage vibration is variable and rather weak even on the highest setting. This is quite the office chair! It arrived in two boxes and it was pretty quick and easy to put together. The leather like material feels soft and smooth and thick. I do like the beige color. It's pretty in my modern light colored home office. The chair itself is very comfortable. I'm a taller woman and the headrest and footrest work really well for me. The chair seat itself is large and I can even sit on the chair cross legged if I want to. The biggest downside for me and the reason I took one star away is that the arm rests aren't adjustable. They are comfortable when reclined but when sitting straight up, they're way too short for comfort. I find myself leaning on one side or the other to reach the armrest and it really messes with the ergonomics of the chair. If they had figured out a way to make those adjustable it would have been a 10 out of 10 office chair. I do love the recline option and the chair feels high quality.. Danielle. Richmond, VA.
