When my bookshelf arrived, one of the pieces was damaged. I reached out to customer support, and they responded quickly and immediately offered to send a replacement part. In the meantime, I was able to repair the issue myself, although it did take a few hours of extra work. By the time support got back to me, I had already completed the assembly and no longer needed the replacement part. Even so, they were committed to making things right, which I really appreciated.
As someone with absolutely no furniture-building experience, I was able to assemble the entire bookshelf on my own with just a screwdriver and some patience. Despite the initial hiccup, the finished product is sturdy, attractive, and exactly what I was hoping for.
