Overall happy with bookcase as it serves it's purpose. Nice and heavy but there in lies a problem as it ships in 1 package. Packaging looked very rough and delivered with a corner damaged. FedEx driver warned me it was unusually heavy and helped me carry it into house. Luckily you can't see the damage as it's on bottom unless you're looking for it. Nitpicking wise the top trim piece does not line up flush and isn't adjustable as guide piece is glued on so it sits a little crooked on top. Again overall happy with product, would buy again.. These are nice storage cabinets. It took about 8 hours to assemble two units. We put 2 of these cabinets in a nook in a bedroom. They fit perfectly Instructions were clear and helpful. The shelves are stationery but will hold many things. We like the added glass doors at the top, which make it a little nicer in appearance. I gave 4 stars because 1 of the tall doors came with only 2 holes bored for the hinges. So we had to wait for it to be replaced before we could finish. Wayfair is very fast to respond to damage or parts issue and they worked with the manufacturer to get the door replaced in just a few days! It did take 2 people to place the top of the unit onto the bottom half safely. This is a very nice piece and went together very well. I am very happy with the look and quality at this price point. I was struggling to find something to for my narrow space in this room. They do feel more expensive than the other similar items in this price range. A few things to note, I don’t love the slight seam to the backing but it’s is hardly noticeable when decorated. Another thing to note is there are stickers to cover the screws etc. not my favorite but at this price point it’s not bad, and at least you don’t look at the screws like some other affordable pieces.
