Quick delivery and very easy to put together. Followed the directions and within 20 minutes had it up and ready for the cats to climb on. We have two very picky cats that have only sniffed and checked the cat tree out so far. We’re hoping they’ll get more curious soon but we’re giving them their space for now. The directions were difficult to follow. Yes you can look at the pictures and figure it out, and I did. They enclosed gloves, which was a ice touch, because they must have known the difficulty in getting the wood spindles in the holes. I had to hit them with a hammer to get them in and then screw in with Allen wrench. However, once assembles, the product is study, pillows are soft and Velcro is there to keep them in place. I got this cat tree for my chunky girl who’s a whooping 15 pounds of awesomeness. I got it to replace another similar one, that was simply too small for her. It’s soft and very sturdy. My cat is not a big climber so this one is just perfect.
