It took 43 minutes to assemble. Its lightweight but sturdy. It looks like solid wood and very good quality. I appreciate how they packaged the hardware needed. You will need a screwdriver. This is a nice piece of furniture. Perfect for a person on a budget and wants “wood”. It’s not high end wood and uses laminated pieces to look “thick” but it works and has a very simplistic rustic look and feel. Because it’s pine (or similar) it’s light but sturdy.
