Love this arbor! The instructions were very user‑friendly, and overall the assembly was straightforward. It definitely requires two people to put together, but once you get going it comes together nicely. I did have to redrill the holes where the rail attaches to the side lattice, but aside from that the process was simple. My biggest tip is to lay out all the pieces before starting so you can familiarize yourself with the components. Doing that made the assembly much easier. Very happy with the final result.. Diana. Our gate is fully forged, which is thicker and heavier than most iron gates on the market. This garden gate is fully submerged in galvanizing compound and then powder coated to be rust free and last for generations even in the dampest environment. This gate also comes with a bolt hinge for quick lock and mounting posts for easy installation. This gate is a great combination of strength and affordable price!

It is really pretty. Wasn’t hard to assemble. Unfortunately the latch situation others have described in their reviews are true. The latch must have been put on backwards because the gate will NOT stay shut. Any little breeze will open it. I’ll have to figure out a latch that will match it and actually keep it closed. Where do I begin, initially I was very drawn to this garden arch with planters. However, after opening the box I noticed some issues right away. First, this wood has an odor to it that gave me a headache. Then I picked up a few pieces and was shocked by how lite they were. Not a durable quality wood, but something cheaper. Multiple parts are being held together with staples, the wood supports are not even long enough to go from side to side. Im so excited to put this together and set up the garden. The packaging came in easy to move pieces. I’ll update the review with photos once it’s all set up. Update this was a lot of work to put together but definitely worth it.
