Installation was very easy, instructions are accurate. The wood is high quality but I suggest wearing gloves as the stain is very pungent when first opening the box. I had to dig a hole for the posts first as our ground is full of rocks. The metal posts are fragile and will bend and twist if your ground is not soft and has no rocks. Once installed, it is very stable and feels firmly in place. The strong smell went away after a couple hours outside. I’m purchasing a second one to extend it! Love this privacy fence!!. Tissa. This privacy fence is perfect for hiding my air conditioning unit! It was fairly easy to put together and install. There are 3 ground stakes for securing the fence, but we only used 2 due to installing over a concrete block. It still feels very secure, so we are not using the third ground stake.
