Overall, very satisfied with the finished product. Took two people to put it together in about two days. We really love our new pergola. Our Wayfair installer did a fantastic job. He said it was very easy to put together and made very efficiently with few parts. I put the side walls together and they were challenging. I highly recommend more than one person assembles and install sidewalls. We ordered naturalwhite canopy and delivered incorrect product. The “natural” wood color is very orange. We had to ask ChatGpT to help us, they also said this was an ongoing problem, they have had many customers come to them for help. Pretty nice and sturdy. It comes in 7 boxes + box with screens and curtains if that’s the model purchased. I wish the assembly instructions were in box one and that the instructions told you where the hardware was, The instructions and hardware are in box 5. Make sure all parts are not damaged before starting assembly especially the key structure parts. Some of my louvers were dented but the didn’t effect my assembly. They were replaced, but it took a week to get the replacements. Wayfair and manufacturer were responsive and easy to deal with but it took time to get the replacement parts. I ordered two of these and placed them sideways so that I could have a 16 wide and 24 feet long covered area. It definitely took four people about four hours to put up the first one but second one went a lot smoother after figuring out all the louvers. I’ve had it up for about a month so far with some pretty strong winds and so far so good. We did have a decent rain and it kept everything dry when I closed the louvers but then we had a torrential rain and it was just way too much for the small areas to hold so it definitely leaked in a few spots. I like this pergola but we have run into a few issues. The light button does not work so the lights stay on and the hooks come out of the sliders so you have to fix that constantly. For the price it is a good purchase. I am building columns around the legs to give it a sturdier look. It took my 17 year old and I 2 days to put up. About 8 hours total. Not too bad. Anonymous. US.
