The Livestock Portable shelter was very easy to put together and provides very good coverage for any livestock. We have horses and I find this shelter perfect for them. Interestingly enough the day after we set it up we had wind gusts up to 60 mph and it held up perfectly fine. It arrived in a box that wasn't too heavy. It was neatly folded and included the tie-down hooks. The material is a type of plastic fabric—it looks like sturdy cloth on the outside and plastic on the inside. It appears to be more durable than other types of tarps; even so, the weather in my city is very changeable, so time will tell if it truly holds up better than other tarp materials.
