10x20 pergola..comes in 4 boxes and ecah box 177lbs. Use doly to pit in back yard..opem the 1st and 2nd boxes...start with those make the base then open boxes 3 and 4 and put plastic end caps on metal ceiling shutters. Make sure you are putting them the correct way or else you will work twice. They should all face the same way and side just like the 1st and 2nd ones thst are controlled with the arm. Level your pergola and tape around the base foot, before you add the ceiling panels. Looks at alot of videos and put some moving blankets on floor to put panels on. You need 3 people minimum to lift the base together to insert the sides together. Seems sturdy and opens and closes nicely...looks great...adds shade and character to the yard.. Francisca. US. I have nothing negative to say about this except that it is a foot shorter than most of the other pergola I was looking at. Its fine because none of us are 7 feet tall but the other ones are all around 8 feet tall like a ceiling. This ones only 7 feet tall. Other than that its very sturdy. My husband and I actually put it together by ourselves and we use the boys, our teenage sons, a couple times to help lift it and move it I would say overall it was pretty easy to put together just ted. Crafted from powder-coated aluminum, it ensures durability against corrosion, rust, and extreme weather. Enjoy personalized sunlight, efficient drainage, and lasting elegance in your backyard.

Great pergola and easy assembly, but with a couple of issues We really like this pergola, and the whole family is thoroughly enjoying the shade it provides on our deck. It was quite easy to assemble (we only needed two people for the posts and main beams) and I was able to do the rest by myself. However, there are a couple of things worth pointing out. As shown in the photos, some of the holes on the beams were not pre-drilled, which made installation a bit more difficult. Additionally, the hook used to move the louvers arrived with rust spots and a poor finish, which is disappointing for a brand-new item. Due to a lack of time, I wasn't able to contact customer service to make a claim. Overall, it's a good product, but quality control could definitely be better.. Victor . Utah. Sat Jul 25 2026

I was nervous at first, because the photos show the posts and headers as multiple pieces. However, we have had it standing in our deck for a few months now, and it holds up very well to rain and strong winds. It sagged in the middle at first, but when screwed in place to the deck, the header straightens right up. The brackets are heavy duty metal, fastened through pre-drilled holes in the treated wood.
