Solid construction. Not quite like the picture. Screws are black, not gold, roof panel does not look exactly like picture either. Put together by myself in about 13 hours, from unboxing to last screw, not extremely handy but a decent DIY'er. I did needed about 10 minutes of help from my wife to align the brace supports from the posts to the frame. The most annoying part was taking all the plastic off the metal roof panels (Tip: Don't try to do this if the panels are too cold or too hot, you will be tearing off small pieces). Out of all the material I would say the roofing panels look good but are very thin, the framing structure is quite sturdy to brace the panels but wouldn't want much snow to build up on it, as I can see the panels sagging under the weight.. Arrived incredibly fast! It was really easy to put together. It took me about 2 hours to assemble the base by myself, and then my daughter and nephew helped with the top. That part took a little longer (thanks to a few snack and break interruptions ), but the total active assembly time was about 6 to 6½ hours. It’s already held up through some heavy rain and high winds here in the Chicago area—and that was before we even anchored it to the concrete. So far, I’m absolutely loving it. I like the materials, they seem to be heavy duty. The net I bought is for a 12 x 14 gazebo from Yardistry only issue I ran into was that the net tracks for the long side of the gazebo were not the correct ones, they were longer than the beams where I was to mount them on I ended up having to section about 6 inches of two tracks so they would fit properly. I followed the installation instructions and installed the tracks 2 inches from the bottom of the horizontal beams on the gazebo, and when mounted the nets I noticed there’s about 2-inch gap at the bottom of the net and the floor I don’t know if that’s intended or not. We bought and assembled this gazebo 2 years ago. A month after we put it together, it was subjected to a derecho wind which moved it a few feet until it became wedged under our lanai roof. The end result after this intense wind and rainstorm was a slight bend in the upper frame but no other damage to the frame and zero damage to the canopy. This is beautiful. Just be forewarned, it's a royal pain to build it by yourself (minus the times you need at least 2-3 others to lift parts while building it). You need to be handy to do this, or just enjoy putting 10000 piece puzzles together. Perhaps hiring someone to do this is worth the expense.. Anonymous. Thu Jun 11 2026

We are extremely pleased with the quality of this gazebo. Assembly was straightforward, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only complication was that we already had our hot tub in place, so we had to build the structure around it. That added some extra difficulty, but it was due to our setup and not the product itself. Honestly, the most challenging part of the entire process was removing the protective plastic film from both sides of the roof panels. The included gloves were a thoughtful addition and helped protect our hands from the sharp metal edges during assembly. The finished result looks fantastic and has been a great addition to our backyard. At this point, we are not using the included mosquito mesh curtains or privacy curtains, but we appreciate having the option. One feature we really like is the vented roof design. The mesh vent at the top allows air to circulate while still providing plenty of shade. It helps keep us cool and comfortable during the summer, making the space around the hot tub much more enjoyable. There were two roof panels with dents when the product arrived. Fortunately, we were able to position those panels facing the house, making the damage virtually unnoticeable. While not ideal, it did not affect the overall appearance or functionality. Overall, we are incredibly happy with this purchase and would absolutely buy it again.
