This mattress works ok. I think it leans more to a firmer side than medium firm. Though it works good, I think, having more memory foam on the top part would make it feel a little more comfortable and would definitely help with firmness. I appreciate the support on edges because it really is holding well with weight and I don’t just fall when seated on the edge but I still think there are other medium firm mattress around that feels more comfortable.. I purchased the black handles. The handles are 'dainty', not bulky, not large, only 3.5" which is better for a narrower drawer (not a giant cabinet door). A cottage/farmhouse look.
