Customers have mixed opinions about the product's value. Many praise its large size, attractive design, and sturdy quality, noting that it provides excellent shade at a reasonable price. However, many customers report issues with durability and stability, noting that the unit is top-heavy, breaks easily in light wind, and requires a separately purchased weighted base or bolting to remain upright.
