Customers praise the product for its large size, great quality, and easy assembly. Many appreciate the ample shade and solid construction. However, customers have mixed opinions about durability and stability, noting that the umbrella is top-heavy and requires a heavy weighted base or bolting down to prevent tipping or breaking in the wind.
