The chair didn't work out for me, but I may be too bony for it. It was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. Instructions on operating the chair are not good. Lot of fumbling around. Just put together, that was easy. Wheels seem to be good, rolls and turns easily. I am a little unsure about the plastic pieces, which are the holders for styling tools and the legs the wheels are attached to. Hoping they last. The tray is metal, seems pretty sturdy.
