I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Super easy to put together, followed the video step-by-step, it recommended to do with two people but I did it alone in about an hour (mid 20s F, not a carpenter but just used to putting together furniture). However, the box it arrives in is very heavy so just a note if carrying it alone! Two pieces inside were labeled incorrectly, but I was able to use common sense to figure them out since one was way longer.
