Delighted! I received the pergola quickly! It was shipped in 4 different boxes and the packaging was awesome! No damaged pieces! Great price and fits my needs. Well, I have now assembled the pergola and did have some damaged pieces (see pictures) I don’t think these pieces were damaged in shipping… seems like they may have come that way from the manufacturer. In any event, I am still happy with the end result. Assembly would be a bit easier with some written instructions to accompany the photos but with patience we were able to figure it out. Love it, my son in law put it up. It was larger than what I thought which was a great thing. Good quality, great product. Great material, strong, well made. Stood up to a mid west winter and nasty winds. Now the neighbors on the hill behind us cant see on our patio doors any more and it keeps the hot sun out of the house. These pergolas up-leveled my small back patio. I ordered two and I am very pleased with the look, ease of assembly (you need two people), and quality. The actual dimensions are closer to 9x9, so measure accordingly. I had to use two panels to screen an unsightly view, and I am awaiting delivery of two more panels. I love the pattern of light filtered through the panels. For me, this was a perfect solution. I assembled with my BF in about 2.5 hours. The challenging part was the tight space we had to work. Pretty nice and sturdy. It comes in 7 boxes + box with screens and curtains if that’s the model purchased. I wish the assembly instructions were in box one and that the instructions told you where the hardware was, The instructions and hardware are in box 5. Make sure all parts are not damaged before starting assembly especially the key structure parts. Some of my louvers were dented but the didn’t effect my assembly. They were replaced, but it took a week to get the replacements. Wayfair and manufacturer were responsive and easy to deal with but it took time to get the replacement parts. Great looking pergola with easy to follow instructions. Took two adults about 7 hours to build with breaks in between. We also used the recommended expansion bolts to secure it to our cement patio. The wood is very soft so it does dent and scratch easily while we were building it but it doesnt look bad at all.
