Haven’t connected to power yet. The delivery went very well considering the spa weighed almost a ton! The delivery team (Hugo+1) were great and very professional. Update: The headrests are melting black gooey stuff onto the spa liner and got on my neck, shoulders and hair. What a mess to clean up! Why would this type of materials be used in a spa??? NOT HAPPY!!!. Annette. Antioch, CA. Mon Jun 07 2021

This bathtub is everything you did not know you needed. The pressure of jets will have you soaking an extra few more minutes with each use. Be sure you want an Acrylic tub if material and texture is a thing for you. It work just fine for me and has been easy to clean. There is no faucet and will have to be purchased separately. Spa and message is definitely what this product provides. M. Woodbridge, VA. Fri Aug 21 2026
