Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. I had been researching hot tubs for a while and reading reviews before I committed to this one. I decided on this model and it is fantastic!!! I will come back later with photos after install, because the photos in reviews is really what made this for me. Our bathroom design (with this tub as a centerpiece) is attached for now. The quality looks great, no issues or damage in transit. This was the perfect option for me to have a deep soaking tub while also maximizing shower space.
