We bought the brown 6-drawer dresser for my 3 year old son’s room. It will work well for what it’s needed for, but keep in mind the drawers don’t pull out more than halfway and they’re not very deep. For reference, our baby wipe container has to be horizontal in order to pop open the top. It also comes in a million pieces you have to drill literally every single thing. Nothing is pre-assembled. I absolutely love this dresser! It fits perfectly in my odd shaped spare bedroom! It does have small drawers like others have mentioned, but I knew the dimensions when I purchased. Its a great dresser for a spare room, or maybe a nursery! Im really pleased with the final product! It looks great (drawers are all aligned, and open close nicely)! It feels sturdy and solid. The assembly was time consuming and tedious, but overall pretty straight forward! As you can see in one of the photos, theres a LOT of pieces to put together! It was packaged well everything was labeled nicely. The instructions were easy to follow. I put it together by myself (60 yr old woman) with no problems, though Ive assembled a lot of furniture, which probably helped! Overall we really like the dresser - we have a smaller room and wanted something a bit more narrow to fit our area. We love the style and feel it will hold up well. Pros: this is definitely not a solid wood dresser (which is how it’s advertised of course), but it feels sturdy enough. On furniture that tends to be cheaper, I always worry about misaligned drawers, but these all look great and lined up well. Cons: though easy to put together, the assembly process was time consuming. The drawers appear to be nice and deep, but they are more shallow than expected (the front of the drawer is much larger than the actual drawer itself). There is an irreparable blemish on a small part of the laminate that appears to be either damage in shipping or a manufacturer issue. There are some color inconsistencies on the front of the dresser in perfectly straight lines - it appears the tape/strapping material led to a slight discoloration. Overall if I was expecting perfection we would have spent a bit more money, but the quality for the price is good. Ordered this dresser to for our walk in closet. Had a tough time finding this exact size, but added it to our cart during the Black Friday in July sale and are pleased we did! The delivery was quick, packaging was intact, very heavy box, lots of parts. A power drill and Phillips head screwdriver are the only tools required. My husband and I were skeptical about it taking only 2 hours to assemble and we were right. From unpacking, to reviewing the instructions, to assembling it took two of us a little under 4 hours. But we are pleased with the results. It is pretty solid considering the plywood veneer base. The drawers are a good size and slide open about 10” (which is a bonus). I bought the dresser in black, and although the box didn’t look so fantastic when it arrived, it was packed so well that all the pieces were in perfect condition. Putting it together by myself was probably a poor choice on my part as there were several steps where a second set of hands would have been VERY helpful. I’m pleased with the overall appearance. The cabinet looks as described. Assembly was simple. I am 72 yr old female with arthritis and it took me about 3 hrs to complete. Full disclosure, I used an it is pressed wood so don’t overload it but it works great for my purposes. electric screwdriver or I’d still be working on it with the small screwdriver that was sent with the hardware.
