went to together pretty easy with 2 persons. good quality, seems sturdy. Nice wood, solid. As another review stated, need a screw gun to secure bed slats much easier and faster. All hardware included except a philips head screwdriver that you won't need if you use a screw gun for slats only. Bed came a day later than expected. A lot if pieces, while the instructions were fairly easy, it took over 3 hours to put together. In a previous review aint no way that bed was put together in one hiur. The bed is nice, the LED lights were a cool touch. Overall a nice bed for the price. It is a very pretty and sturdy bedframe. I took a star off because they were not pre-drilled holes for some screws and that was unclear in the directions. It took me one hour and and and 45 minutes to put it together as one person. Also two of the side pieces were the same so I had to unscrew the brackets and switch them so they would become opposite side frames. This is a high-quality Japanese joinery bed frame. It relies entirely on amazing wood-on-wood tension rather than metal fasteners, nails, or glue. I like the solid hardwood construction. The corner joints slot together smoothly without forced hammering. Really easy to put the joints together. Assembly takes me about 20 minutes by simply following the instructions and interlocking the components in sequence. The precision wood-on-wood joinery eliminates creaking entirely. It was a bit time consuming to make this bed, at some parts the instructions were a little unclear. Regardless we got it together (hardware set was missing 1 washer), and it fit our son's mattress well. I like the built in shelving and holes for charging. Unfortunately the led light strip provided didn't work, but its ok since our son didnt need it. I like putting his favorite books and toys on the shelves, and I can plug in one of his night lights into the port which makes up for the light bar not working.
