The delivery service was good. Was just surprised to see the two delivery persons carrying the stove into the house rather then using a dolly !!They seemed to do a good job though. The box on one corner was damaged on the outside but so far the oven looks fine due to the excellent packaging. Will see how things go when we set the oven up and running tomorrow with a certified plumber connecting the stove to our gas line. Overall very good for a narrow profile stove for a small condo unit. However, the available specifications suggested there was open space at the back for power and gas lines, but this is not the case. There is only about 3" on either side, which required moving electrical outlets and the gas line in order for this to slide into place properly.
