I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. The shipping took a long time. That being said, once it was a week of arrival, time flew by and they delivered early. It would be nice for them to be provided equipment to off load. I need to complain first. The shed was supposed to be here april 12-15th instead it was on its way in February....that didn't work out so they postponed it until March 12th. Then there was a delivery issue, were they wanted me to pick it up (with a flat bed in ohio) OR rent a high-low to get it off there truck...!? Wait that's not what the add said!! Finally it came and got off the truck. The shed itself is easy to put together the trusses were a bit daunting and I would have to say the hardest part was figuring out the roof sheeting sizes. After that it was a snap, I even put in electrical and outside lighting in the soffit. I also used the box it came in to make a (FREE WORK BENCH) as well as rafters for extra storage...I used every bit of what they sent me and this is what I ended up with. This cedar shed is perfect as an additional bunk house/office for our vacation/remote work location. My contractor, who assembled it had a few issues as the directions are pretty basic. So pay attention to part numbers as the illustrated plans indicate what goes where. It arrives on two pallets with wall panels that already have the siding attached and roof panels already shingled. He bought pressure treated 2x4s and better plywood for the base/floor since the cabin didn't come with all the pieces of flooring needed (super annoying) and making 6 or 8 joist boxes is kinda silly but due to fitting everything on pallets, that's necessary from a manufacturing standpoint. So we improvised. In these photos, we had painted the floor already, preparing for laying the final flooring. We will be insulating and adding a nice whitewashed paneling for the interior walls. We may run an extension cord out there or actually run power properly. Not sure yet. My contractor billed me 30 hours for assembly and he worked alone. Great shed! Well the shed is great but the team sent out to install it were not even familiar with how to put together a shed. They said that they don't even get told what they're going to build just to bring tools and show up somewhere. I was very disappointed. They didn't even get to finish that day but I didn't want them to come back because they wouldn't be paid to come back an extra day. We bought this shed about a month ago so we could move everything out of a storage unit and save those monthly fees! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'm pleased with the shed I finished two days ago. We're using it as storage and a workshop while we convert our garage into a playroom for our kids. There are several things we like about it, including the design, ample space, affordable price, and the fact that it's easy to maintain with just a pressure wash. However, there are a few downsides. Since it's made of plastic, some of the pieces didn't fit together as smoothly as expected, despite my efforts to level the platform and deburr the edges. Specifically, some of the corner trim was slightly too long, which prevented the corner roof panels from fitting properly. Additionally, the holes in the top tiles didn't line up exactly with the main roof panels, even though the panels lined up with the trusses and walls. The window latches were also difficult to turn, and I had to trim the plastic inserts significantly to get them to work. I'll need to contact Lifetime to get a couple of replacement windows due to a manufacturing defect. Despite these minor issues, I'm satisfied with the shed overall. I did have some difficulty putting most of it together alone. The doors absolutely require two people, so it's definitely easier with help throughout. I'm glad I received good help with the doors. I didn't need to level or have any issues with the door assembly. I love the rolling double door and single door. It's great to open it up in nice weather and makes it convenient for ventilation when using a table saw and then blowing out the sawdust. The directions, YouTube video, and BILT app were helpful and straightforward. If you have DIY experience, it's not overwhelming, but it's still a big project that took me a full workweek to complete. There were a lot of screws and bolts, and it was much more time-consuming than the two other plastic sheds I've built before. This recliner came really fast. It comes in one huge box and there’s minimal assembly. You put the back on and push into place. There’s 2 side pieces that go on the back as well. Then you screw the handle on. They give you an Allen key to screw the handle on and it’s big and awkward and very frustrating to do. I just used my little hand drill. The leather is a true chocolate, brown, glossy soft and supple beautifully made aesthetically pleasing looks very modernized and the silver long handle complements it. The back is very thick and flush, which is nice. I am 5ft 4 and I have a ton of room on this chair in my feet. Don’t even touch the ground. The only thing that I don’t like is how low the handle is again I’m small and petite and I can barely reach the handle. I have to lean over the chair. Other than that, I have no issues.
