Ok. First, we got this for our soft cover gazebo. With this, we have to take the soft cover off before the winter since it won't stand up to that weather -- it gets kind of old having to take it off and put it back on every year. With this cover, which will protect it all over the winter, we won't have to remove the first covering /layer every year. So that's great, and after some monumental efforts on the part of 4 of us, including using ladders and poles, we got this installed. Installation is really just getting this on the top of the gazebo, and then moving it into place. So you might think that's easy, but the gazebo is up at about 7 feet, this cover weighs A LOT! And the cover is all one piece. There's only one way to do this - get on ladders, pull it up, get it in the right direction (and it has to go up over the center piece which is raised). So, using ladders and grappling hooks, we accomplished this. It fit well (it was sized a bit larger than our gazebo). And it appears to handle the wind - we had some wind gusts come up, and everything stayed in place. the material is strong. It's got as the description shows, windows on one side, and a zipper door on the other. Here's the limitation. Our gazebo is on our large deck, situation right against the house/patio door, so we can walk from the house to the gazebo. We can see our boat and canal and river view from the gazebo. What happens with this canopy is, when the sides are all down and it's the winter, for example, you can enter the gazebo and sit enclosed and look out the somewhat small windows to the view. That's ok for the winter, except we have dog and the only way to let them out is to get out through the now solid canopy enclosure, since there is a door only on one side. We can work with this. From the photos, I hope you can see, we rolled up the enclosed side (which happened to have a zipper on one corner, but not on the other? A zipper on both would have worked well (we may create one). But we rolled it all up anyway, which allows us to enjoy our gazebo as we had been. Once the winter comes, we'll roll it down and work something out for the dogs. Have it up for the second season. Good quality but should be made stronger where poles are attached. Had to put gorilla tape over the tares. update - this past summer it tore so much it has to be replaced. Someone should design these with stronger fabric. Update july 2024. It’s a great cover for our 10 x 12 gazebo. I like the extra length so it’s not such a tight fit as my previous cover. We use our gazebo in the winter with our fire table and we open the window and door a bit to let the gas out and air in. Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! The Mosquito Net can fit most 12' x 12' gazebos. Four(4) wall enclosures. Zippers are in the center of each side for easy entry and exit. Not including canopy and metal models. Replacement Canopy Tops, Privacy Curtains, and "J" Hooks are sold separately. Note: Not all gazebos and sunshades are designed with netting or curtains. Before placing your order, please check the structure of your gazebo or sunshade for a track in which netting or curtains can be used. The product will include rings to hang netting.

A real real surprise!! It look fabulous!! Easy Peazy to install and it looked better than the original one. Arrive just in time before the visitors arrived, so we did sit outside. Great.
