These are great. Purchased 4 to install around pool enclosure for privacy and to block sun in evening. Easy to install with right tools. Not too heavy, relatively sturdy construction. Came with stainless steel washers, but lag screws were only zinc coated, so I purchased stainless steel 5/16 bolts instead that will not rust. I cut to fit gray rubber cover base (see photos) from HD to fit under base plates for added stability, to prevent contact from water and chlorine, prevent water from intruding into anchor holes, and for leveling posts. Wasn’t too hard to install if you have the right tools for a brick house. Hubby needed an excuse to get a new hammer drill. We tried to get a contractor to install but it was too hard to get a call back. After a month we just installed ourselves.
