We got this for our pool to try and make it stay a little cooler by blocking out some sun. My husband had to make the poles to assemble it. It’s a pretty decent weight and does provide partial shade. It does also come with hardware.. Michelle. Woodstown, NJ. Sat Jun 13 2026

Unique size which is why we purchased. Appears to be efficient wind sail but yet to be tested (we are in Fla). Solid hardware included. I bought additional hardware only because of a unique configuration I am using it for over grilling area under a screen. Hoping it serves us well!. R. Sarasota, FL. Sun Nov 10 2024

The communication on the shipment status of the shade sail and the delivery was prompt and ahead of schedule. The shipment was missing installation hardware, but Wayfair was equally prompt in shipping the missing part. Great customer service.. Paul. Buena Park, CA. Sun Aug 25 2024

The product I bought as 12ftx12ft arrived as 9.5ftx9.5ft, they said they sent it wrong and they would send a new one, and it arrived again in 9.5ftx9.5ft dimensions. I wrote it again and despite all my warnings, it was again the wrong size, 9.5ftx9.5ft. I did not receive the correct product I paid for! They didnt even bother to correct their mistake and send the correct product. They kept sending the wrong product for more than a month!!!. Gokhan. US. Sat Mar 09 2024

This shade sail is great quality! I am very happy with the product! It is thick and it has a waterproof barrier. It is currently winter months and too cold to install and use but I ordered it to have ready for spring and summer. It comes with everything you need to install it with the hardware. The d rings attached to the corners are reinforced and should hold up well. The color is vibrant. The shipping was super fast! I can’t wait to enjoy some shade under it this summer on my patio!. So I had the idea to use this as a privacy screen for my balcony because most products marketed as privacy screens are way too sheer. This is definitely opaque, you can’t see anything through it! There are better DIY options I think for this type of thing but for now it works.. Mallory. Elon, NC. Sun May 10 2026
