Great product we purchased the 12x20 said you will need 6 people for 14 hours, I did it in 16 hours by myself the only part I needed a quick hand with was putting up the 4 posts once I had those up I was off to the races directions were very clear few confusing parts but nothing that wasn't fixable, its sturdy and well built all screws lined up with pre tapped holes and it looks great at the campground, 3 hours after completing it we got a thunderstorm with heavy winds, we stayed dry under there, I was 100% leary of it coming from wayfair but I am impressed with it anyone complaining about it should just hire someone to build it because no issues seeing i did 98% of the building of it myself.. Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue. It looks great, and all of our Wayfair furniture fits under it and around our gas firepit. Nice addition. It is a good value. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality is good.
