Pretty simple to build; I built it in about 2/3 hours myself. It fit my 12" memory foam matress perfectly, and provided ample storage. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because one of the rails was ripped on the corner. I decided to hide it with a nightstand but it still sucks that it arrived damaged.. Jennifer.
