This not working good

I was disappointed in how small this really is in person, but even more disappointed when I found that even though it was packaged very securely, the pump was is pieces along with random other resin pieces inside the fountain. I included photos to show... thankfully, my hand is small enough to get inside the nooks to retrieve all the pieces and I am familiar with how to put these types of pumps together. I won't be ordering one like this again. It is a very cute, small..very small, fountain. The last picture is it on a 12x12 paver.

Love the looks of the fountain. Love the lights and the sound of the water. The motor is a bit loud, but nothing I can’t deal with. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Love the look and the soothing sounds. Pump is very quiet. However, the plug in gets very hot very quickly, waiting to hear back from customer service.

I just got this for my enclosed back porch. It’s PERFECT! It’s small and the pump is quiet. I was a little concerned when I got it out of the packaging because there were some internal broken pieces but I shook them out. The outside of the fountain was in damaged. . The water and lights were entrancing to our 2 1/2 year old grandchildren. The generic directions were ok but not great. It really never gives you an exact amount of water to put in. Based on another review I used distilled water and kept checking until the submersible pump was covered. Actually I couldn’t hear the pump just the soothing water. I may get one for our bedroom!

It was better than what I expected - the height is perfect. I have one in my bedroom and one in the living room.

I love my fountain. Perfect for inside or out. The light feature makes it glow. Motor is not loud— only sound is the water. I think I will get one for my daughter. Thanks WayFair!

Love the water fall. Great product, immediate delivery, service excellent.

I am very pleased with the water fountain. It works well and sounds soothling. But I had to add about double the amount of water recommended to get the pump to work. Also, pump must be flat on the compartment floor. Dwayne Tomson
