OMG I just received my new mailbox and it's even better looking in person than in the photos!! It's almost the same size as my old, ugly, brown mailbox. Yes it was a very expensive purchase and my husband thought I was crazy for spending so much on a mailbox, but it's seriously PERFECT! The robin egg part has a glossy finish, and the black metal has a matte textured finish. The parcel locker is a good size. I placed it behind the column in front of my house. The lock, however, is poorly placed. It is 34 of the way down near the bottom. We had to place the locker on 4 upturned cinder blocks to raise it high enough to make out the combination on the lock without practically standing on your head. The lock itself is very hard to read. It really is too small for the size of the unit and the numbers are very tiny and silver just like the dial so they are very hard to see. The combination was easy to change.
