I’m in love with the frame! I’ve had it a couple of months now and it’s holding well! It does come with wooden slats, to which I had to cover with a blanket because I was using an air mattress until my actual mattress came in and didn’t want to take any chances of it popping. I did have a different frame from Wayfair (the canopy frame which also held up wonderfully) but I’ve been eyeing this one (even before the canopy) and once I moved it was the perfect opportunity to snag it! We’ve actually purchased this bed frame twice this year! We first bought the queen size for ourselves and were very happy with it. This bed is GORGEOUS in person. I wanted an upholstered bed, and i initially ordered anothe bed from anothe company, but was so disappointed after seeing it in person. Online photos make beds in the 200 range appear just like the beds in the 1000 range, but there is a huge difference when you see them in person. The fabric is textured and very high end. The frame itself feels sturdy once put together. It looks like a mix of materials rather than pure solid wood, which is fine for the price and still holds up nicely. The only real drawback is the headboard height. It’s a bit low, so any mattress taller than about 12 inches will mostly hide it. If you prefer a visible headboard, stick with a lower-profile mattress or plan to add pillows for a layered look. Absolutely beautiful! Great size. We wanted our bed to be a bit taller in general so we added a basic box spring and it’s perfect.
