Pros This is more like a small folding stair than a ladder. The angle is shallow, and the steps are broad, so theres plenty of room for your feet. I really like the tray at the top of the safety bar. The bar makes it much easier to feel safe and stable, even when Im standing on the third step. The third step of four is high enough that I can easily reach the ceiling to change the battery in the smoke alarm. Cons Its heavy. It weighs almost 30 lbs, so I dont use it unless I really need it. Also, the shallow angle means that the ladder takes up a lot more room when open than does a conventional ladder.
