Packing and delivery was great, pieces look well made, but the 12 +2 JCBCW Screws are too large for ALL of the holes, and it cannot be assembled. Very disappointed since this was the last piece to be added to my new bedroom arrangement. Not sure what to do, can correct screws be sent? Other than that, I was impressed with the quality. The step stool is beautiful and well made. It actually is just what I need but I'm reducing one point because it has a drilled hole that in my opinion should not be there. In the pictures online this hole doesn't appear at all in the ladder. That upset me a lot when I opened the box as it was the first thing I spot.
