Villa Lagoon Tile's cement tiles are hand-crafted by master artisans using a process over 150 years old. The low-energy non-fired decorative tiles are produced from cement, mineral pigments, ground marble dust, and sand, then pressed and cured to produce one of the most beautiful surfaces on the market. The hand-made nature of cement tile means that no two tiles are alike, with color and pattern variations that give it a beauty similar to natural stone and hardwood surfaces. With proper sealant and care, cement tile makes a great durable surface for residential or commercial floors, walls, and creative uses indoors and outdoors. Note: Cement tiles need to be sealed once or twice, before grouting and general usage.

Handmade Mexican Talavera tile on an off-white background, with a terracotta and orange floral design outlined in black. Because each tile is made by hand, slight variations in color and finish are normal and part of its character. DISCLAIMER:All of our Talavera tiles have a heavily hand-made process involved; as such, imperfections are expected. Color variations are to be expected from batch to batch. What you see on your screen might not be exactly what you will get, this is mostly due to several factors, among others: lighting when the picture was taken, lighting in your own monitor, but mostly changes in the glazes used between batches. All these factors are beyond our control. If in doubt, we recommend you to order a sample before committing to a bigger order. This tile has limited outdoors use, we don't recommend its use on temperatures under 40 degrees. It is not frost-proof. It is not suitable for inside pools as the chemicals involved on water cleaning will destroy the clay. Because this item is handmade, slight variations in size may occur. Dimensions typically range from 6" to 6.25".

These tiles were very high quality. Would highly recommend this company.. Susan. Santa Fe, NM. Mon Apr 27 2026

Purchased these for a bathroom floor. Ordered a sample first and was pleased with the colors. The white is a bright white, but the matte texture softens it a bit.
