I've only had the fireplace for 24 hours, but it looks great either on or off, much better than I'd anticipated. The packing materials were designed to make sure it got here in one piece, so no issues during shipping. It's too warm in Tucson to use the heating element so I'll have to test that later, but the flame works great. Shipping was free and the fireplace arrived within five days of placing the order.
