I've had my new washer for two weeks now, and so far it has been working great , clothes comes out very clean. I originally wanted the model without the fancy control knob, but it wasn't available, so I ended up getting this one. My only concern is longevity. With all the added technology and electronics, I wonder how well it will hold up over time. I'm a bit old-school and tend to prefer simpler machines with durable, long-lasting mechanical components rather than a lot of high-tech features. Overall, though, I'm very happy with it so far.. This is the most elegant laundry machine I have ever seen and it feels like you can put an endless amount of clothes in the washer before it's full. I'm still learning all the washer settings but so far it's been pretty easy to learn. The touchscreen makes it very easy to use. When it's running it's really quiet when you consider how much it's washing. I tried the fast wash mode the other day and it was done in 30 minutes. It's a really complete and luxorious washing machine... And I never thought I would say the word luxorious when talking about a washing machine. So far so good. Washing great, no noise no “walking” around. It was leveled to the floor with legs screwed all the way to the fame. No bouncing around as its spins. Can’t hear the washer from 10 feet away even if I want to. Large capacity big enough for family of 4. Drum is so big that bought a grabber for laundry items placed on the bottom. You can decide how much water to use to have your laundry done the way you want to not the government. Normal cycle run ~50 minutes. Easy to use with 3 knobs. Find a way to do pre-soaking of laundry with Lysol germs & Covid 19 killer with quick rinse & spin function (wish it was there “pre-soak”) Just load the laundry in, put some Lysol disinfectant directly to the drum on the top of a load & let the machine feel with water, once it’s full just press the pause button & hold on for 20 minutes. Needs 15+ minutes to disinfect. Then press the start button again & let the machine finish it (rinse & drain) After this you can select your regular wash cycle to wash these items. Basket is solid unpainted stainless steel so nothing to peel off. The agitator is dual function with softener cup on the top of it. Not advisable to use softener instead using Lysol disinfectant is better, more practical & healthier. There is separate spot for bleach in the lower left corner of the machine. That’s about it. Hope this helps. With light laundries this machine will last probably 20+ years if treated & cared for right. How to level the machine? Easy, only the front 2 legs need to be adjusted to your needs (best to screw them all the way to the frame) & the back legs will adjust & lock automatically after the machine is tilted forward 4-6” & lowered back to the floor. We are running the water lines next week and I honestly cant wait to get it installed up there, but for now the photos show it in my basement so I could try it out because I couldn’t wait. It’s compact, so I wouldn’t expect it to replace a full-size washer for giant loads, but that’s not really the point. For towels, clothes, smaller bedding, and regular day-to-day laundry, it seems like a really nice option. I like that it still has a lot of useful features like the AI Smart Dial, steam settings, and a quick cycle that works great when you just want to wash a smaller load without waiting forever. It also looks really sleek, and the size is a big part of why I chose it. It will fit perfectly in a smaller closet area where having laundry upstairs is actually possible, which makes it feel like such a practical upgrade for everyday use. It feels like a very smart solution for smaller in-between loads and added convenience. Another nice feature is that it’s WiFi connected. I wouldn’t say that’s something I really need, but it has actually been super nice to have. Getting it connected was a little finicky and took a couple tries, and that would be my only tiny nitpick because otherwise this machine is 5 stars all the way. Once it was connected, everything worked great. If you’re like me and throw in a load of laundry and then completely forget about it for a day or two, the phone notifications are a lifesaver and can save you from having to wash the same load all over again like I usually do Overall, I think this is a great option for someone who wants the convenience of a washer in a smaller space or on an upper floor. For me, it’s already been a big quality of life upgrade, and once it’s fully installed upstairs I know it’s going to make staying on top of laundry so much easier.
