We love our new air conditioner. It was very easy to put together and keeps our 20x16 country kitchen nice and cool. I love how it does not block the window view. I highly recommend this unit.

So far so good. It hasn’t been hot enough to use yet but installing it into the window was easy enough.

Excellent air conditioner! Bought the same one last summer so bought another one for another room to replace the GE Profile which was underperforming. This one is easy to use, easy to drain, easy to clean, and very easy to set up. It gets a large area nice and cool really fast. Our only problem is that it’s often too cold!!! You really don’t have to crank this one down, even set at 72 it makes the room more than comfortable. It’s heavy, but installation can be doable alone if you’re strong and up for it. Shipping is always so fast.
