10000 BTU (ASHRAE) Portable Air Conditioner with Remote

Great purchase. It was easy to put together although it was hard to get it out of the box.

Took about 15 minutes to install. Today was a hot one here and the minute I plugged it in the cool air was noticeable. Easy to assemble and portable for any room. Cooled the whole downstairs within a 12 hour. Compact enough to be out of the way but really cools a large area fast. I will definitely be ordering a second one for upstairs. I absolutely love this.

VERY Loud -can’t stay in room - you can hear it through a closed door. There is a high pitch hum on low fan Was rated 52 DBL - not close -Have already reached out to the manufacturer to get help with it - waiting to hear back - sad - have had 1 day - now after 2 days dealing with wayfair customer service who text me at 6:45 AM - I can't get the rep to understand what I am trying to convey - I said it thuds when it shuts off - she says didn't do in the video - of course not - the unit was still running - very loudly and won't cool down the room even after following her instructions - which I had done myself originally - still not a single drop in temp. not 1 degree. it takes over 24 hours to get a reply back - this is nuts. It is not running right and I am getting a run around. Absolutely frustrated. -

Surprisingly chill! It got us through a scorching summer. Compact, on wheels, and easy to store away.
