The instructions included leave much to be desired especially if you’re doing the propane conversion instead of natural gas hookup. The cast iron covers are rough enough to scratch up the bottom of pots, and the stainless steel is thin and easy to scratch so this would not hold up for heavy kitchen use but more likely lighter outdoor kitchen use instead. The control buttons could be stiffer / firmer to use, only takes a light push to activate. Works for what we need though.. Anonymous. Texas. Sun Jun 09 2024

I have been using this for a couple of months now, I am so impressed. I can boil water so fast. Food cooks fast and effecient. I do have to use it on a lower setting than I am use to because it heats so even and fast. Like med heat is a setting of 3-4, in stead of other stoves where it's like 6-7. Easy to use, easy to clean, so sleek and modern. No knobs to clean under or around makes it so much nicer than tradienal coil stoves or gas burners where food gets stuck everywhere. The Induction Cooktop combines the power of gas with the easy clean-up of electricity to give you the utmost cooking flexibility. Induction cooking is 70% more efficient than gas and 20% more efficient than electricity and offers more responsive, exceptional temperature control at low and high heat, so it is gentle enough to melt chocolate and powerful enough to boil water. And because heat is generated directly in the cookware, the cooktop stays cooler to the touch, making it safer and easier to clean. Induction elements are compatible with most stainless steel and cast-iron cookware. If a magnet sticks to the bottom of a pot or pan, it is induction friendly. It offers the best in contemporary design matched with the latest in appliance technologies to transform the way you live.

We got this gas range to replace our older one as the dimensions were what we needed. The look is squared and gives a modern feel to a kitchen. The material is of a high quality. The area that contains splashes and drips is fairly shallow, so it will need to be maintained clean, or spill over will be certain. The only thing I will need to get used to is the rack is very close to the gas knobs, and I’m afraid they will get hot during use and could pose a burn hazard. I will test this out and update my review if this is not the case.. Andy. TX. Fri Sep 22 2023
