That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. Absolutely love this refrigerator. It is my first counter-depth refrigerator and I was very concerned there would not be enough room to store all our food in it. So far, I'm in love with this fridge, it was just delivered yesterday. I want to note that the measurements for the fridge without the hinge for the height is off by a quarter of an inch... they did not take into account the wheels. We had to cut my cabinet so that it would fit. I used to have an old side by side fridge, and it's a little crazy that the new refrigerators are not the same measurements. The only other reason I gave it four starts is that there is not a drip tray for the water/ice dispenser in the door like other models have. I love my refrigerator, especially the pullout drawer under the double doors. Also, my son loves the double ice makers in 2 sizes. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. This refrigerator has the same dimensions as the unit it replaced. Yet it has almost 3 cubic feet more storage space. Most of that in the refrigerator section. The storage is quite deep. Drawer operation is very smooth. Water and ice functions work nicely. The icemaker is not too loud. Interior lighting is OK, but some areas could use more lighting.
