That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. I love my refrigerator, especially the pullout drawer under the double doors. Also, my son loves the double ice makers in 2 sizes. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. So far, I'm in love with this fridge, it was just delivered yesterday. I want to note that the measurements for the fridge without the hinge for the height is off by a quarter of an inch... they did not take into account the wheels. We had to cut my cabinet so that it would fit. I used to have an old side by side fridge, and it's a little crazy that the new refrigerators are not the same measurements. The only other reason I gave it four starts is that there is not a drip tray for the water/ice dispenser in the door like other models have. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased and installed this refrigerator a week or two back. I obviously can’t speak to longevity so I’m giving my initial impressions. It arrived and has been functioning extremely well with no cosmetic or functional problems. We wanted a very basic French door unit that fit tight height constraints and this fit and looks great in the kitchen. The unit omits the “smart” features that seem to be the source of many problems in reviews of other units we considered. The ice maker is really our only non-negotiable extra and we love the cubes rather than the half-moon feral chunks of ice that constantly tried to escape in our old fridge.
