These are high quality beautiful chairs. The one thing that I have noticed since having them is that they are fairly "tall" at the seating height. I am 5'6" and my feet to lay flat on the floor when sitting on these chairs. Most women shorter than me would have dangling feet when sitting on these chairs. If I'm wearing sneaker with a tall platform, my feet are flat, but barefoot, my feet don't reach. Be aware of this if you are a shorter person looking for a comfortable dining chair. Two observations are keeping me from the 5 star rating: 1) when you sit on it, you feel it "yields" a bit, so it doesn't feel as sturdy as you would like, 2) the rubber ends on the legs stain the floors easily and become lose easily/often. I got this chair to fit under my desk. The height of the space under my desk is 22.75”. The first two inches of the arms fit under my desk but the rest didn’t so for that reason I will be returning it. Other than that the quality of the chair received is great. I love the cushion of the chair itself and bought it for that reason as well as the design. I would have liked a bit more upper back support but it is comfortable as is for a more relaxed space.
