This was a challenging one for me. I received it and both side rails were scuffed up and one was peeling paint at the top part of the handle and then there was also a crack in the glass. I was sent 3 (there are 5 total pieces) replacement pieces and those came in good condition but the hassle is annoying. I was able to assemble it alone, which was a little tricky but doable.. Tania.
